Jacqueline, a champion of child development and community relations has helped created some of Denver's finest learning facilities. With her experience in Organizational Planning and Business Development, she has successfully created values and workplace ethics, strategic human resources management and  implemened and sustained initiatives to increase business revenue growth within learning organizations through effective communication strategies designed to effectively form partnerships.

  • Managed operations using a standardized strategic communications tool with clear actionable plans and timetables.

  • Streamlined communication as a liaison among departments. 

  • Increased social awareness through models that reflect business-to-business and business-to-consumer campaigns, reaching different lifestyles, age groups and geographic markets. These efforts have been recognized by the Colorado Governors licensing advisory board as being one of the more influential directors in child development and education.  Jacqueline is second to none in this industry.  

  • Developed and executed short-and-long term employee planning reference tools that mirrors the company’s business strategy, which has led to a 65% increase in employee retention.

  • Perform ongoing assessment within the Community to gauge the needed resources and potential impact to participants.

  • Collaborated with the advisory committee on licensing of child care facilities to execte and fulfill the duties of the office according to State and Federal law.

  • Implemented the foundation used to create policies and procedures used to develop child care and development block grants, which are used to strengthen the focus on emotional and social health of children in my and your community.

  • Strengthened business relationships with the City and County of Denver Government Relations by working hand-in-hand with local leaders, which improved productivity to help fulfill the mission by receiving qualified trained staff.

  • Perform ongoing assessment in the Community to gauge the needed resources and potential impact to participants.

  • Participate in various events to help bring awareness to disparity issues.

  • Conducted one-to-one in -class demonstration to familiarize teachers with lesson specific material, new teaching standards, and effective implementation techniques. My goal is to change the way the average teacher teaches. 

  • Fostered parental engagement focused on understanding and meeting the needs oand expectations of all participants.

Accomplishments 

Jacqueline Cradle holds a Masters in Education, with an emphasis in Educational Leaders and a B.A. in Communications from Regis University; in addition, Jacqueline holds a number of certificates ranging from Early Childhood Education to Intercultural Communications.  Leveraging an ever-expanding portfolio of qualifications covering, Early childhood teaching strategies, Intercultural communication, conflict management, interpersonal communications, Jacqueline’s passion for community involvement along with her expertise in business development, strategic client development and successful multi-disciplinary team management, she has proven to be an integral part of the community.
